You've probably landed here because you're considering buying Blues Guitar Secrets 2.0. I think you're on the right tracks but read on to find out what I really think about the course.
First of all I think it's awesome that Dan Denley has put this step-by-step blues method together. I would have died for a course like this when I was 16 and obsessed with learning blues guitar.
Of course in those days we had magazines and records to learn from - not much else. And yes, there were many times when I was sitting at a party and someone said "play something on the guitar!" leaving me red faced and shamed that I couldn't actually think of anything to play.
So the systematic approach that Blues Guitar Secrets takes to teach you from scratch is something that I would highly recommend you seriously consider.
If you're into blues, I think you'll love it.

There's also a 185 page book with transcriptions of all the lessons so you can go through them at your own pace and improve your music reading skills at the same time.
There are also 3 cool bonuses which he gives you, the coolest of all i think is the progress tracker.
I've found that one of the hardest thing when learning new stuff (and teaching new stuff) is to stay motivated. The progress tracker is a physical chart that you get with the course and it's not something I've seen with any other guitar course. A great idea (especially for 'list nerds' like me).
Look, if you're into blues you should check this course out. Yeah, Dan Denley ain't no Stevie Ray Vaughan. He isn't even a local star or outstanding player.
But he knows how to teach.
And that's what you want. Hell you can watch as much Stevie Ray on YouTube as
you want but he can't teach you how to play it. That's why you should check out Blues Guitar Secrets.
