The fingerboard felt smooth with the neo-classic thumbnail markers and the dual-coil pickups sounded thick and twangy.

It's a great guitar by any stretch of the imagination and I wouldn't be surprised if many people thinking about getting a 6120 go for a Gretsch G5120 instead. It really is almost as good, minus the kudos.
